      Is it really free?

      Yes, Moolah Wireless Tablets are Free for eligible recipients of the ACP program who enroll with us and who have never received a Tablet or device before from another ACP provider. If you have received a tablet or device from another ACP provider, you are not eligible to receive a Free device. You are however eligible to receive free sim card with free data for the next 12 months. To make it free, Moolah Wireless has partnered with Moolah Mobile, the owner of the third party software that is installed on each device, who pays the required $10.01 towards the purchase of each device.

      How do I apply for Moolah Wireless?

      Applying is easy! Just visit https://moolahwireless.com/signup and enter your zip code and email address to get started. From there, follow the simple steps to complete your application. Please remember to prepare your proof documents for submission so you can get approved and begin using your Discounted monthly service!

      Are there any restrictions for this program?

      You must qualify according the Federal Communications Commission’s rules found at https://www.fcc.gov. This program is a month-to-month program as determined by the Government. Terms & Conditions apply.

      Can I apply if I don’t have an email address?

      If you do not have an email address, please send us a message and we will help you to enroll and can guide you in how to secure an email address.

      Do I need to sign a contract?

      You will be expected to sign a contract only to verify your eligibility. This plan runs month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

      Will you run a credit check on me?

      No. A credit check is not necessary.

      Do I need to sign a contract?

      Because this is a government benefit program, customers are required to submit documents showing they are eligible for the ACP Program. You may need to submit a copy of your proof of identity, proof of participation in a government program, or proof of income.

      For all states except Texas, customers will submit this information through the National Verifier website.

      What does "Pending Verification" mean?

      While your application is in review, your account status will be listed as “Pending Verification”.

      What types of proof of Social Security do you accept?

      To qualify for the ACP program you’ll need to provide proof of your Social Security number. The federal guidelines of this government program require us to verify proof of identity. We would never share or distribute your personal information under any circumstance. Any of the following documents are acceptable: Social Security Card, Prior Year’s State or Federal Tax Return, Income Statement from Employer, W-2, or 1099-MISC.

      What are proof documents?

      Proof documents are copies of your documents that show you are currently eligible to receive ACP service. We need your proof documents to approve your application and activate your service. By sending your proof documents, we are able to verify your eligibility, and in some cases, your identity.

      What types of proof of ID do you accept?

      We accept several types of proof of ID. Please make sure your ID is not expired and that the copy is not blurry, too dark or have important information cut off. Here are all of the types we accept:
      – Driver’s License

      – Birth Certificate
      – Tax Return
      – Statement of Benefits with DOB/SSN
      – SSA-1099– Permanent Resident /

      What types of proof of government programs do you accept?

      To qualify for Culture Wireless’s ACP program you must submit a ‘proof document’ showing you participate in a qualifying program.

      Note: Just submit one type of proof showing participation in a government program. If you participate in more than one government program, upload a copy of proof showing participation in only one of the programs. (Please only send a copy, NEVER send Culture Wireless the original document. If you need help obtaining copies, visit your local library)

      What types of proof of low income do you accept?

      Make sure the proof document you submit fully shows your low income. Also, please make sure your proof document’s copy is not too blurry, too dark, or have important information cut off.

      We accept several types of proof of low income. Here are all of the types we accept:

      – Paycheck Stubs (The last 3 consecutive)
      – Income Statement From Employer or W-2
      – Prior Year’s State or Federal Tax Return
      – Retirement or Pension Statement of Benefits
      – Social Security Statement of Benefits
      – Unemployment or Workers’ Comp Statement of Benefits
      – Veterans Administration (VA) Statement of Benefits
      – Child Support Award
      – Divorce Decree
      – Federal or Tribal notice letter of participation in General Assistance
      – Tribal Tax Return

      IMPORTANT: For showing proof of income, sending your benefit approval letter is not sufficient. Please provide a copy of the document that shows your Benefits’ allotted income.

      How long will it take for you to verify my proof documents?

      Once we receive your documents, it may take up to 7-10 business days for us to process and verify them.

      How do I know that you received my proof documents?

      You can see if we received your proof documents by logging into Culture Wireless and checking your application status. To check your status, follow these simple steps:

      – Log into Culture Wireless by entering your email address and your password.
      – Once logged in, check the “Required Proof Documents” status heading.
      – When the required proof says “Approved,” that means we’ve reviewed and accepted those documents.
      – If the required proof says “Required” or “Resubmit,” we still need those documents from you.
      – If the required proof says “In Review,” we’ve received your documents and are processing them

      How do I check the status of my application?

      To check the status of your application simply log into Culture Wireless with your email and password used to create your account during the signup process.

      What if my tablet is defective when i receive?

      Can I get a tablet if received one before?

      You are only eligible to receive one free tablet from one service provider under the ACP program.

      Why is my Sim not working anymore?

      We reset sims on Jan 1, 2023. All ACP subscribers were sent new ones. If you didn’t receive your new sim, click here (https://moolahwireless.com/check-application-status/).

      What do I do when I run out of data?

      Each device comes with limited data. When you run out of data, you can purchase more using your Moolah Rewards Points earned from seeing ads or by contacting support.
